Q: Do you offer nutrition advice?
A: Basic nutrition guidance can be included, but full personalized meal plans are not part of the program.
Q: Can I repeat the program after 4 weeks?
A: Yes! Many clients repeat their plan, progress to a new one, or continue with guided coaching for long-term results.
